Provider responsibility

Confirm credentials, suitability, risks, alternatives, language support, current prices, availability, payment terms, and follow-up directly with the provider. Listings and external links do not establish affiliation or endorsement.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee treatment outcomes, cost savings, appointment availability, travel eligibility, or insurance reimbursement. External provider content can change.

Appointments and payments

A general contact request is not a hospital appointment or a treatment contract. When the patient portal is enabled, appointment and payment workflows follow the terms below.

Patient portal appointments

An appointment request is not a confirmed hospital booking. Staff must obtain hospital confirmation and record the scheduled time and confirmation reference. All displayed appointment times are China Standard Time (UTC+8). Remote consultation requests depend on provider availability, clinical suitability, and applicable location requirements.

You may cancel eligible requests or future confirmed appointments through the portal. Cancellation does not automatically refund a charge. If an open checkout cannot be closed with the processor, contact staff for help. Treatment consent and the hospital’s own clinical terms are separate from this website’s navigation service.

Charges, checkout, and refunds

Staff may issue a payment request for a confirmed appointment. Before checkout, review the exact amount, currency, charge type, and payment-specific cancellation/refund terms, and explicitly accept them. Care-navigation fees are not a guarantee of treatment or clinical results. Hospital deposits may be collected only where the operator has appropriate provider and processor authorization and clearly identifies its role.

Card details are entered on the payment processor’s hosted checkout. A successful browser return is not payment confirmation; this website updates payment status from verified processor notifications or a confirmed server-to-server PayPal capture response. Processor, bank, and currency conversion charges may apply under their own terms.

Contact the operator for refund review. Authorized staff can request a full refund of an eligible payment through the processor. Partial refunds and payment disputes require review in the processor dashboard. The portal displays refunds reported by the processor; bank processing time is separate. Nothing in these terms excludes applicable mandatory consumer rights.

Urgent care

This service does not provide emergency care. If you need urgent medical attention, use local emergency services or seek immediate local clinical assessment.

Operator and service-specific terms

Submitting an initial inquiry is free and does not create a paid-service agreement. Before paid research, planning, coordination or local support begins, you receive a written scope and quote with fees, responsibilities, payment timing, exclusions, cancellation and refund terms. You may decline. Hospital and third-party charges are separate. The agreed service-specific terms govern any later paid work.
